The Champlain Tower collapse in Seaside, Florida, this summer was one of the most significant residential construction failures in recent times. This 4-part series will take a deep dive into the most important issues that were raised by this event and provide specific and practical advice for Board members and community managers on how to properly identify, assess, and handle building construction issues from start to finish, and everything in between.

Session II will focus on maintenance needs and expenditures, and the consultants and business partners the HOA will need to retain to carry out large scale repair projects.
