As all Bay Area and Central Valley residents have been ordered to shelter in place to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, many community associations are facing more stress than usual.

HOAs must focus on managing property and corporations, but the human side of living together in a community cannot be ignored. The mental health of our community members can profoundly affect the way we maintain the property, enforce rules, conduct meetings, and generally interact with each other.
