If you have attended an educational event or read an educational piece (CAI Luncheon, Board Member Education, Communicator Article, etc.) in the past year that impacted, inspired, or provided educational knowledge to you and/or your team, please nominate someone whom you believe embodies CAI's vision for educational excellence in our industry.

Assistant Manager of the Year(s)
Presented to the assistant manager member involved in CAI BayCen who is committed to their clients and companies they serve by providing exceptional service.

On-Site Manager of the Year
Presented to the manager member who is committed to their clients by providing exceptional service while also volunteering their time to the chapter.

Portfolio Manager of the Year
Presented to the manager member who is committed to their clients by providing exceptional service while also volunteering their time to the chapter.

Rising Star Manager
Presented to a new chapter Manager/Homeowner/Leader member who has shown enthusiasm and given their time and commitment to the chapter (up to 2 years).

Rising Star Business Partner
Presented to a Business Partner who has shown enthusiasm and given their time and commitment to the chapter (up to 2 years).

Business Partner (representative) of the Year
Supports CAI’s mission through their company by their overwhelming presence and support for the BayCen Chapter.

Business Partner (company) of the Year
Company that continually supports CAI’s mission. Attends and supports and is visually present with their team.
