We are looking for an attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience who can supervise, is comfortable with direct client contact, manages a busy caseload, and has outstanding written/communications skills. Silvercreek Association Management is a privately held company that manages homeowner owners’ associations throughout Northern California.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Supervise the operation and administration of the Associations, within the portfolio, in accordance with the management agreement and within the Association's policies and procedures.
  • Acts as the primary contact with the Associations Board of Directors and homeowners.
  • Perform/Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
  • Ensure Silvercreek Association Management tools are being effectively developed and utilized such as annual calendar, action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, RFP matrixes, committee charters, operating budget, etc.
  • Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain and enhance the property values.
  • Attend Board meetings per the management agreement and community events as needed.
  • Prepare Board packages according to established time frames.
  • Ensure Board of Directors are aware of any pending legal actions involving the
  • Association in a timely manner.
  • Maintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the Association.
  • Assist Board of Directors with architectural review process and
  • Perform contracted site inspections and provide inspection reports to the Board of
  • Directors after each inspection.
  • Responsible for routine and special project vendor management including performance
  • evaluation as contracted.
  • Oversee the AP process in accordance with Silvercreek processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
