2026 Legislative Priorities
Be the Change and Make Your Voice Heard!
In preparation for the CAI California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) Annual Planning Meeting, we want to hear from our chapter members to help determine legislative priorities in 2026. If you’re a CAI member, tell us what issues you are facing in your communities.Â
Please submit your suggestions for review by our Legislative Support Committee (LSC) by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 5, 2025. After review, final selections will be made for submission to CAI-CLAC for consideration.Â

The California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) is a committee of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). It is the largest advocacy organization in America dedicated to monitoring legislation, educating elected state lawmakers, and protecting the interests of those living in community associations in California.
